Tucker, Bregman, Meyers Homer to Help Astros to 9-7 Win Over Angels

Astros Win Fourth Straight, Maintain AL West Lead

Michael Tucker, Alex Bregman and Jake Meyers all homered to help the Astros to a 9-7 win over the Angels on Tuesday night. The win was the Astros' fourth straight and helped them maintain their lead in the AL West.

Tucker's homer was a solo shot in the first inning off of Angels starter Patrick Sandoval. Bregman's homer was a two-run shot in the third inning, also off of Sandoval. Meyers' homer was a solo shot in the fourth inning off of Angels reliever Aaron Loup.

Astros' Bullpen Shines in Victory

The Astros' bullpen was outstanding in the win, allowing just one run on three hits over the final four innings. Rafael Montero pitched the eighth inning and earned the win, while Ryan Pressly pitched the ninth inning for his 14th save of the season.

Angels' Offense Struggles to Keep Pace

The Angels' offense struggled to keep pace with the Astros, managing just seven runs on 10 hits. Shohei Ohtani led the way for the Angels, going 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Mike Trout also had two hits for the Angels, including a double.
